Returned items will receive store credit ONLY
All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and tags attached.
* Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all items being returned.
* RA# request for items must be made within 2 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging.
* Items must be returned within 3 days of receiving your RA#.
* It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for credit.
* ANY/ALL Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages). NO EXCEPTIONS
* ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A SALE PERIOD ARE FINAL SALE. ALL ITEMS PURCHASED USING ANY DISCOUNT CODE ARE FINAL SALE.
Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it, the item must be returned with original tags still attached. Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, of any sort, pet hair, smoke and or perfume smell WILL NOT be accepted.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours for a full refund. Notification past the 2 day return window WILL NOT be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to reject any item(s) returned. Any items that appears to have been worn, altered, tags removed or are received by us after the stated return period will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. If postage to return the item(s) is not paid within 5 days of receiving the return, the item(s) will be donated to the charity of our choice.
It is recommended to get a tracking number on any items you are shipping back.

Please remember, we do not allow SEZZLE orders under $35 or for Discounted merchandise. Your order will be cancelled if you do not follow these two guidelines. Any Returns or Exchanges for orders paid with Sezzle installments will be for IN STORE credit only.
